Yoga At Home
Every session is tailored to work through physical limitations in the body. We explore each asana using the direct experience of sensation to understand the physical benefits created from toes to fingers. We move through the ancient practice to focus the winds of destiny and use them to create an energetic platform to experience the intuitive self. Increase bone density and lung capacity, purify the body of toxins, forge new neuromuscular connections in the brain and learn how to find the dance of life. Discussion, movement, breath work and sitting in silence are to be expected in each session.
